The tools we use include:
Stages of organizational development
Other tools: surveys, interviews, focus groups, discussion groups, etc.
Each client is different. We partner with clients to assess their situation, define their objectives and design a custom-tailored project work plan. At the end of our engagement we leave them able to move the work forward in a manner consistent with their organizational culture and capacity.
Our work spans three interrelated areas, all approached with a capacity building and leadership development lens:
• Strategy Formation and Strategic Planning
Our projects can focus on any of these areas, though we find the most tangible and sustained results come from integrating all three. Our work strengthens the ability of our clients to think and act strategically, and to adapt to ongoing change.
We also offer trainings, presentations and workshops to share our learnings more broadly. The stories of trainings we developed with CompassPoint and the Center for Civic Partherships offer a sampling of of our work in the field.
