Leadership Development
Our close relationships with clients and attention to capacity building support leadership development during all of our engagements—whether a defined objective or not.
Our formal leadership development engagements, with individuals or management teams, create a safe place where leaders share their concerns and celebrate their successes.
We support leaders in:
- Reflecting on and facing the reality of their organization’s situation
- Identifying what’s in their control and what’s not
- Challenging assumptions
- Determining priorities
- Evaluating options
- Developing and implementing a plan
- Conducting periodic review and reflection
Individual engagements typically are one-on-one meetings through which leaders receive the support of a coach, confidant, colleague and consultant—all in one. We also support groups of leaders, such as the board and/or the management team through conversations or co-designed retreats.
